Step 1

Consultation

Our process begins with a one-on-one consultation with your personal shopping consultant. This meeting is used to find out which grocery stores you prefer, a convenient grocery delivery time, any food allergies that impact your household, other preferences (i.e. organic versus non organic), the number of people for which you are shopping and their ages. At GroceryTIME, our mission is to develop a profile that allows your personal consultant to become YOU while shopping for your groceries.

Step 2

Grocery List Preparation

For your convenience, you can prepare and submit your shopping list in three different ways: through the client portal on our website; by text or email to your personal consultant; or direct phone call where your consultant will prepare the list for you.  

Step 3

Doorstep Delivery

A GroceryTIME delivery team member will deliver groceries directly to your doorstep. At the time of delivery, you verify that you have received everything on your grocery list.  If something is not to your standard, we will immediately rectify it, as client satisfaction is our utmost priority.

Step 4

Payment

You will be charged for your groceries once the delivery has been completed. We accept payment through credit card, debit card, or bank account. We do not charge our clients a fee for delivery. All of our clients are charged a monthly membership fee that covers all deliveries and services we provide.

Step 5

Health Tips & Food Suggestions

Every week you will receive an email from your personal shopping consultant. This email will list seasonal foods, suggested substitutes for unavailable items, and any sales that apply to your shopping list and habits. Our consultants will also provide you helpful tips and recommended items based on your profile that may be of interest to you. A licensed dietitian will post regularly on our website about foods they recommend and new recipes to try.

Step 6

Follow Up & Relationship Building

We value every interaction we have with our clients.  Client interaction is our opportunity to get to know you better. The more we know about you, the better prepared we are to act as an extension of you at the store. Making time for grocery shopping is an important part of everyone’s life, and through every interaction GroceryTIME becomes a way of life.
